Stability & Economic Empowerment

The Stability & Economic Empowerment (SEE) Department helps refugee and immigrant families build the foundation they need to thrive—from the day they arrive through long-term economic stability and opportunity.

The department provides a continuum of support that responds to families’ changing needs over time, including initial resettlement, stabilization, food security, employment, career advancement, and connection to community resources. By combining individualized support, workforce development, employer partnerships, and community-based solutions, the department helps families move from immediate needs toward greater stability, self-sufficiency, and long-term opportunity.
