Since the inception of our employment program in 2022, Hello Neighbor’s Employment Programs have provided wrap-around case management support and services to achieve self-sufficiency.

What We Do
Hello Neighbor provides a range of individualized services focused on economic empowerment through employment and overcoming barriers to self-sufficiency.
Services typically include:
- Orientation to employment norms and laws in the United States
- Resume and interview preparation
- Job referrals and application assistance
- Transportation assistance
- Budgeting and household management support
- Interpretation and translation services
- Access to Job Club and weekly Office Hours
- Case management services focused on overcoming barriers to self-sufficiency
