We’re proud to announce the expansion of our immigration legal services, available to immigrants and refugees across the Pittsburgh area, regardless of income.

What We Do

Our low-cost legal services are made possible through the generous support of Hello Neighbor donors and funders. We offer these services to everyone in our community at affordable, income-adjusted rates.

We can assist with:

• Green Card applications and replacements/Adjustment of Status
• Marriage-based immigrant visa petitions
• Family reunification
• Citizenship applications

Please note: At this time, we are not able to process asylum applications or represent clients in removal proceedings. We also do not provide assistance for unaccompanied minors, detainment defense, employment visas (such as H-1B), eviction defense, or family law matters.

How It Works

1) Free First Meeting

Start by requesting a free intake. We’ll connect with you by phone or in person to understand your needs, begin collecting documentation, and verify your income to determine the cost of services.

2) $40 Consultation

Next, we’ll schedule a consultation with our legal team for a full review of your case. We’ll discuss your options and outline next steps. If you choose to continue working with Hello Neighbor, your consultation fee will be applied toward your service cost. Consultations are scheduled at the client's convenience Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm.

From start to finish, we’re with you every step of the way through the application process.

We proudly serve clients in many languages. Through the help of professional interpreters, we ensure that every client is understood, supported, and treated with care. Legal team members are fluent in English, Ukrainian, Dari, & Pashto -- interpreters provided for all other languages.
