Short-term case management program providing transitional services to refugees in need of financial and/or case management support.
Some refugees require a little more time and help to achieve self-sufficiency. The GAPS program staff is ready to step in, providing light case management, extended cultural orientation and some financial assistance. With the help of volunteers, we’re able to connect families and individuals more closely to their communities and the services that are available to them. We hope to see clients feel more able to confidently navigate challenges and more connected to our city and our neighborhoods.
Referral Information
At this time, we are accepting referrals for ORR-eligible immigrants and refugees who have entered the US within the last 5 years, and who are not currently enrolled in a similar program at another organization. Referrals can be submitted via this form.
