Community Impact serves as the connective tissue across Hello Neighbor's programs. The department strengthens organizational effectiveness by advancing learning, volunteer engagement, cross-program collaboration, and national field building.

Strengthening organizational learning through evaluation, outcomes measurement, Salesforce administration, data-informed decision making, and continuous improvement.
Connection
Building organizational capacity through cross-program project management, shared services, office hours, emergency response coordination, organizational change management, and community-wide initiatives that support all departments.
Belonging
Advancing volunteerism and relationship-centered programming locally while expanding Hello Neighbor's national leadership in community-based refugee support.
