All are welcome to attend this free virtual webinar. Whether you’re a long-time supporter of Hello Neighbor or new to our community, this session will equip you with Know Your Rights information and Upstander Training so you can better support immigrant and refugee neighbors in your community.

This event is the third time we are hosting this session, and we’re grateful for the strong response so far, each of the first two sessions welcomed between 50 and 100 participants committed to learning and showing up for their communities. During the webinar, participants will learn the fundamentals of Know Your Rights, including what immigrants should know during interactions with law enforcement or immigration authorities, as well as practical guidance for allies on how to respond safely, responsibly, and effectively.

We’ll also cover Upstander strategies, how to recognize when someone may need support, how to intervene safely, and how to connect individuals with trusted resources.
