UPDATE: ORDERS FOR THANKSGIVING CLOSED ON NOVEMBER 18TH. STAY TUNED FOR THE OPPORTUNITY TO ORDER HOLIDAY COOKIES IN EARLY DECEMBER OR VALENTINE’S DAY SWEETS IN FEBRUARY.

After an overwhelmingly positive response last Thanksgiving, we are thrilled to announce that we are bringing back the Thanksgiving New Neighbor Cookie Table for the second year in a row!

We will be working again this year with some of our Syrian refugee women who will be baking their famous handmade baklava, as well as other Middle Eastern treats, available in an assortment of varieties and packaging sizes!

These women are incredible bakers. Through this exchange you are not only getting to enjoy delicious treats, but you are helping provide a supplemental income for our Syrian moms who face additional challenges in finding work outside the home due to language barriers and caring for young children.

Giving back - $.75 of every dollar goes towards the Syrian baker herself.

Choose from two different cookie box options this Thanksgiving season:

  • Option 1: Signature Baklava: A favorite Middle Eastern treat of walnuts and sugar tucked between layers of crispy phyllo dough and finished with warm drizzles of butter and syrup.
  • Option 2: Classic Mix featuring four different sweets: Basbousa, Ghoriba, Baklava, and Osh El Bulbul.
